1. Services Provided
Yogain provides::
- Live Yoga Sessions (accessible only after purchasing a subscription).
- Pre-recorded Yoga Videos (accessible after account signup).
2. User Accounts
- An account must be created with accurate information to access sessions and content.
- The account holder is responsible for keeping login details secure.
- Any activity that occurs under an account is the responsibility of the account holder.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
- Access to live sessions requires an active subscription purchased through the platform.
- All pricing and subscription details are displayed at the time of purchase.
- There is no automatic renewal or recurring payment.When the subscription expires, it must be purchased again manually.
- If a subscription is cancelled during the active period:
- Access will remain available until the end of the current cycle.
- No refunds or partial refunds are provided.
- Once we verify the duplicate payment, we will credit the refund to original payment methode within 6-7days.
- Subscription plan details may change in the future, but existing active plans will not be affected.
4. Health Disclaimer & Liability
- Yoga involves physical movement and exercise. Participation is voluntary and done at the individual’s own risk.
- It is recommended to consult a physician before beginning any yoga or fitness program.
- Yogain is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or physical harm resulting from:
- Performing yoga postures during live or pre-recorded sessions,
- Incorrect execution of movements,
- Health conditions, overexertion, or accidents.
- The individual is responsible for ensuring a safe practice environment.
5. Live Session Camera Usage
- During live sessions, the participant may view a camera feed of themselves for alignment and guidance.
- Yogain does not record, store, transmit, or share any camera feed.
- The camera feed remains on the participant’s device and is not visible to other users or instructors unless voluntarily shared through specific features (if available).
6. Local Device Storage for Reports
- Certain features may generate session reports using images from the participant’s device.
- These images:
- Are stored locally on the device,
- Are not uploaded to Yogain,
- Are not shared with anyone.
7. Use of Content
- All videos, text, graphics, and materials on Yogain are the intellectual property of the platform.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The platform may not be used to:
- Engage in harmful, illegal, or disruptive activities,
- Upload objectionable content,
- Reverse engineer or attempt to manipulate the platform.
9. Termination
Yogain may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
10. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
